Mrs. Anne Okigbo-Fisher is a senior management staff of The World Bank Country Office in Nigeria. She has been with this International Organisation for the past 20 years and has made significant contributions ensuring the successful conceptualisation and implementation of World Bank Development Projects, both in Nigeria and Washington. She manages a Health & Nutrition portfolio of over USD300 million.

She graduated from prestigious institutions such as Northwestern University, Chicago Illinois, U.S.A. where she obtained her undergraduate degree and post graduate degrees were obtained from The Universities of Keele and Oxford respectively, in England.
